# Composio documentation Research date: 2026-09-07 Documentation coverage: partial. Reference index, not a mirror of complete vendor documentation. Retrieved pages do not prove the MCP works. ## What it does A hosted integration/auth platform that lets AI agents and MCP clients call actions across 1,000+ SaaS apps (HubSpot, Slack, Gmail, GitHub, Notion, Stripe, and others) through Composio-managed OAuth. ## Access and connection MCP support: official Access requirements: free (100K tool calls/mo, 50K trigger events/mo, unlimited connections on the Free plan, no credit card) Authentication: Composio brokers OAuth for each connected toolkit (HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, etc.) on the user's behalf, then gates the MCP endpoint itself with an x-api-key header (required by default for new orgs). MCP endpoint pattern is https://backend.composio.dev/v3/mcp/{server_id}?user_id={user_id}. Research checked: 2026-09-07 These details come from catalog research. Check vendor sources for current setup instructions; this is not proof of a tested connection. ## Sources - https://composio.dev - https://composio.dev/pricing - https://docs.composio.dev/docs/single-toolkit-mcp - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP - https://connect.composio.dev/mcp ## Retrieved pages - https://docs.composio.dev/docs/single-toolkit-mcp (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/issues (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/actions (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/pulls (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/pulse (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/forks (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/tags (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP (fetched) - https://github.com/ComposioHQ/GHMCP/activity (fetched)
