Access requirements: enterprise-only. Custom pricing based on payee volume and modules, no published rates, quote-only. A separate product, Varicent ELT (its data-integration layer), does offer a documented REST API with self-service API-key generation, but this is data-pipeline tooling, not the forecasting/SPM product's own developer surface.
